Pricing questions

Do I need the free plugin to use Pro?
Yes. Pro is an add-on: install the free AgentAisle plugin first, then upload AgentAisle Pro and enter your licence key.
How do I get my download and licence key?
Straight after checkout you’ll receive an email with your licence key and a download link. You can also find both in your customer dashboard at any time.
Can I upgrade from 1 to 5 or 25 sites?
Yes, at any time from the Account page inside the plugin or your customer dashboard. You only pay the difference for the rest of your billing year.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards and PayPal, through our payment partner Freemius.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If AgentAisle Pro has a problem we can’t fix within 14 days of purchase, we’ll refund you in full. Read the refund policy for details.
What happens when my licence expires?
Pro features pause and you stop getting updates and support. The free features keep working and your data is kept, so everything returns when you renew.
